Beyond Essential Systems (BES) is seeking a Laboratory Officer to support the implementation and ongoing use of BES systems SENAITE, a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and Tamanu, an electronic health record, in Tuvalu. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract based in Funafuti, Tuvalu. The role focuses on supporting laboratory users, system configuration, data entry, troubleshooting, training, and ensuring SENAITE and Tamanu are effectively embedded into routine laboratory workflows. The position will work closely with laboratory staff, hospital staff and the BES technical team to ensure smooth operation of BES systems and high-quality laboratory data management.

Beyond Essential Systems (BES) is seeking a Tamanu Project Officer to support the implementation, ongoing use, and optimisation of Tamanu, an electronic health record (EHR), in Tuvalu. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract based in Funafuti, Tuvalu.

The role focuses on supporting clinical and administrative users, system configuration, data quality, troubleshooting, training, and ensuring Tamanu is effectively embedded into routine hospital and health service workflows.

The position will work closely with clinical staff, hospital management, and the BES technical team to ensure mooth system operation and high-quality health information management.

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join us for a 12-month contract (with potential for extension) working part time (22.8 hour/week or 0.6 FTE) with flexible working arrangements. This role will report into the Head of Operations and be in charge of financial management, payroll and all BES project reporting requirements.
